(“Cherre,” “we” or “us”) may collect from individuals, our website (www.cherre.com) (“the “Website”), or any other related content, features, materials, applications, widgets and/or online services offered by Cherre (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and disclose that information, what choices you have about how that information is used and disclosed, and, subject to applicable law, certain rights you may have pertaining to that information. In accordance with our Terms of Service, the Services are not intended for use by any individual under the age of 18. Users under 18 are not allowed to register with or use the Services.

When you use the Website, we may also use web beacons to access our cookies. A web beacon is an electronic file on a web page that allows us to count users who have visited that page and to recognize users by accessing our cookies. We may use automated chat features, or “chatbots.” Information collected by a chatbot is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time of collection, such as to answer a specific user question. We will only collect the information a user submits as part of a chatbot conversation, along with Usage Data described generally above. We recommend users not submit personal or other sensitive information through the chatbot features; if you have a specific question requiring a detailed response, we recommend contacting us through one of the means noted below.

Cherre uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer the Services. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic data.

If you do share your password or login information with others, you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account.
