("Cherre," "we" or "us") may collect directly from individuals, from third party sources, through our website (www.cherre.com) (the "Website"), or through any other related content, features, materials, applications, widgets and/or online services offered by Cherre (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy also describes how we use and disclose such personal information, what choices you have concerning how that information is used and disclosed, and, subject to applicable law, certain rights you may have concerning your information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services and any other individual in relation to which we collect and process personal information. "Personal information" means any information that can reasonably be used to identify you or your household.
When you use the Services, you understand that Cherre may collect, use and disclose technical, personal, and business data about you in various ways subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy. PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not govern the practices of third parties, such as our partners, third-party service providers, or advertisers except to the extent we provide them with personal information. Any information you provide directly to a third-party while utilizing their website or service, even if you access their website or service through ours (i.e., via links provided on our Site), will be governed by the third-party’s privacy policy and terms of use, and not this Privacy Policy. Please review such third-party policies and terms of use carefully.
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with Section 14 (Changes to This Privacy Policy). If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at the contact information listed in Section 16 below.

To do this, we use cookies together with other geolocation, tag and webtracking technologies.
We use cookies to allow us to personalize your visits, keep track of your preferences and learn about the way you use the Website. A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded onto your computer when you visit our Website which allows us to recognize you as a user. "Essential" cookies are necessary for the effective operation of our website, making the interaction between you and the Website faster and easier. "Non-essential" cookies are cookies that are not required for the Website to function but are used for other purposes such as analytics or advertising. We use both Essential and Non-essential cookies. When visiting our Website, you will be prompted (by our third-party cookie management tool) to accept or reject such cookies.
When you use the Website, we also use web beacons to allow us to count users who have visited that page and to recognize users by accessing our cookies. Further, a web beacon can be used in HTML-formatted email to determine responses to our communications and measure their effectiveness.
We participate in behavioral-based advertising. This means that, if you permit targeting cookies in the cookie management tool, a third party will place a cookie on your browser, or use a web beacon, to collect information about your use of our Services so that they can provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interest. That advertising may appear either on our Services, or on other websites or apps. We do not sell your personal information or share it with others for their targeted advertising purposes.
We may also use services hosted by third parties, and web analytics service to assist in providing the Services. Such web analytics services providers use cookies and other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users use the Services. The information generated by the cookie or other tracking technology about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored by, the web analytics services providers on their servers. The web analytics services providers use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Services, compiling reports on the Website activity for us and providing other services relating to the Website activity and Internet usage. The web analytics services providers may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on its behalf. The web analytics services providers will not associate your IP address with any other data held by it. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by the applicable web analytics services providers in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
