Request More InfoCRE Tenant Risk Assessment is a dataset (“CRETRA Dataset”) that helps clients understand the risk profiles for buildings and tenants using Equifax Business Delinquency Scores (BDS) and Business Failure Scores (BFS) displayed as an indication of risk based on score bands. The CRETRA Dataset is comprised of the fields set forth below. There are three versions of the CRETRA Dataset.
- Portfolio Matching is the appending of the field to the customer portfolio of buildings.
- Regional Data Access is a dataset of all the buildings in the region for commercial real estate assets.
- Full Dataset Access allows a customer to see all buildings and tenants in the Equifax portfolio for either (a) industrial and warehouses or (b) commercial buildings.
